The art of providing constructive criticism is not something that comes natural to all leaders. Humiliating people doesn't fix mistakes, and it sows the seeds of deep felt resentment. In contrast, when a leader handles employee mistakes respectfully, people have an opportunity to become better at their jobs. This microlearning course provides a short video clip based on a single learning outcome. This course was derived from the full-length e-learning program, "Leadership: Would I Follow Me?.".
