COURSE OVERVIEW

Organizational change can be tricky, so it is helpful for managers to follow a tried and true method for leading their teams through change. This training focuses on managing short-term changes with Kurt Lewin's 3 Stage Change Model. Unfreeze, transition, and refreeze is the analogy model for Lewin's 3 stage change model. This course helps leaders understand the need for change. Leaders will learn about the three stages and the activities characteristic of each stage, such as doing research to initiate the first stage, documenting the vision, and then communicating it to those who can help the change come to fruition. Use this course to present leaders with a model for navigating short-term organizational change..
