According to OSHA, over two million workers throughout the U.S. are victims of workplace assault every year. However, as this course shows, effective HR policy and training can play a pivotal role in mitigating employee-related workplace violence. Stressing the types of workplace violence threats employees may be confronted with, this course spotlights HR policy and training as the pathway to lessening the occurrence and/or effect of a workplace violence incident.
