Cultural Nuances

Culture impacts numerous facets of everyday workplace situations, yet most employees aren’t aware of the effect their culture, and cultural differences, have on their performance and co-worker relationships. This course highlights how these differences help optimize performance and the performance of any intercultural team. Based upon the likeliness that employees now work with people from different cultures, this course begins by explaining why it’s important to invest the time to understand and adapt to cultural nuances.
