COURSE OVERVIEW


Some people just do not like one another, and sometimes there is not a good reason why. The issue is that at work this makes things difficult to get stuff done when a personality clash stands in the way. This course starts by demonstrating the wrong way to approach the situation, such as bad-mouthing the other person. Then the video demonstrates how to bring up the issue in a healthy way, more likely to encourage positive communication.
