COURSE OVERVIEW


Every hiring manager has made the mistake of hiring a person who was great in an interview, only to be disappointed in the person once they're on the job. Behavior-based interviewing allows you to learn how people actually perform. This video training helps interviewers understand the types of questions to ask to really understand how someone will perform on the job. This course demonstrates how identifying the necessary competencies and probing to determine how the candidates stack up is an effective method for evaluating future job performance. It also demonstrates how to analyze the interview to ascertain the candidates' true competencies as opposed to their knowledge and experience.
