Sexual Harassment Prevention in Delaware for Managers and Supervisors

Sexual harassment is taken incredibly seriously, and in the state of Delaware, it is no exception. The Delaware Discrimination in Employment Act, in conjunction with other state and federal law, forbid discrimination in Delaware with respect to protected classes and sexual harassment.
