ADA Made Simple

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is the equal opportunity law for people with disabilities. This course simplifies the ADA for all employers with 15 or more people, and their employees who are involved in the hiring, evaluation, and dismissal processes. Beginning with an overview of what defines a disabled person and the disabilities addressed under the ADA and the ADA Amendments of 2008 (ADAAA), this course clarifies the rights of the employer, as well as the employment rights of the disabled candidate or employee.
