Workplace Violence

Violent behaviors and tragedies occur every day in every segment of society. However, one environment where violence commonly occurs, but is not often publicized, is in the workplace. This course teaches employees the dark realities of workplace violence; what it is, how often it occurs, the warning signs, how to handle aggressive behavior, and how to deal with it once someone becomes violent.
