COURSE OVERVIEW
Sexual harassment is illegal, yet the EEOC gets more than 10,000 complaints of sexual harassment every year. This training focuses on teaching managers and supervisors to understand, prevent and respond to sexual harassment at work. Those in leadership positions have an important role in preventing and controlling sexual harassment in the workplace, and this course demonstrates best practices for managers and supervisors to follow. Learners will see how to respond to offensive behavior, handle reports of harassment and conduct a proper sexual harassment investigation. This video-based course gives an outline of what managers and supervisors need to know to protect themselves and employees, and understand how they can make their workplace harassment free..
