COURSE OVERVIEW

A problem is an issue or obstacle waiting to be resolved. Problem solving, as this course shows, is the process of finding a solution to the issue or obstacle. Singularly focused on teaching employees how to solve problems, this course demonstrates how to break down a problem, and its solution, into manageable steps. Upon clearly defining a problem, this course shows employees how to analyze problems by learning to recognize their different types and components. Once one learns to identify the various aspects of a problem, they can devise and implement the best technique for evaluating, reviewing, and solving it. Present this course so all employees learn to recognize the components of problems and how those components relate to identifying and implementing optimal solutions..
