Oil Spill Clean Up Response: ICS & Unified Command is the final part of a five-part oil spill response and cleanup training series focusing on important health and safety information for oil spill cleanup workers. The program explains how a single organizational structure is formed through the mutual agreement of cooperative agencies; and identifies the key players and their responsibilities in the response. This oil spill response and cleanup training series was created with the assistance of the U.S. Coast Guard, and examines all recognized oil spill cleanup technologies and emphasizes waste management techniques. It is used worldwide by the U.S. Coast Guard and some 500 other organizations to meet OSHA and USCG regulations..
