COURSE OVERVIEW


Integrity, trustworthiness and caring for the customer's needs first are a large part of being a good salesperson, but this may not be enough to close the deal. Learn the seven basic components of successful sales with this video-based training on making customer-focused sales calls. In order duplicate success a sales person must understand the importance of pre-call planning, developing a relationship, listening, creating a needs analysis, presenting to the customer, overcoming objections and closing the sale. This training is comprised of three dramatizations as well as a recap bringing all of the training together and providing more tips for success. This course prepares participants to understand and apply the seven basic components of the sales process, so they finish training ready to close their next sale..
