COURSE OVERVIEW


Organizations spend millions of dollars settling sexual harassment lawsuits, and as a manager you can be liable if you don't stop an instance of sexual harassment between coworkers. This training helps managers recognize sexual harassment and respond to harassment. The training requirements for sexual harassment under California law are also explained.
