Half of all employees have reported experiencing some form of bullying at work, which is detrimental to their overall wellbeing, performance, and self-esteem. This course looks at the effects of bullying on an organization and its employees. Bullying is a deliberate pattern of inappropriate conduct, which can include intimidation, threatening behavior, or acts of aggression whether verbal or physical.
