COURSE OVERVIEW

All employees must make choices on the job, many of which are ethical in nature. Upon introducing employees to the meaning of ethical choices, this course illustrates actual workplace scenarios in which employees must decide between the ethical and unethical course of action. With a detailed understanding of each of the five common areas of ethical concern (theft, fraud, bribery, human trafficking, and environmental stewardship), employees learn how making the ethical choice is practical and evidence of good character.
