COURSE OVERVIEW


The assumption of equality helps the jurors in the film, "Twelve Angry Men," come to the right decision. Team effectiveness requires everyone to feel they have an equal vote or right to an opinion. This microlearning lesson explores how to manage conflict and keep everyone sharing their opinions in order to achieve an effective team decision making environment. This microlearning course provides a short video clip based on a single learning outcome. This course was derived from the full-length e-learning program, "Twelve Angry Men: Teams That Don't Quit.".
