Often a leader emerges within a team, even if nobody is given the official title. This microlearning lesson explores how the leader in the movie "Twelve Angry Men" is able to encourage everyone to participate, and acts like a leader without acting like a boss. This microlearning course provides a short video clip based on a single learning outcome. This course was derived from the full-length e-learning program, "Twelve Angry Men: Teams That Don't Quit.".
